We spend our lives waiting for God to move His hand, just like how Habakkuk decided to wait on God from the watch tower. But perhaps if we look close enough at the details of our everyday lives, we will already see His handiwork. Miracles, we may call them. This blog is a listing of the things I have asked for, and were given; stuff I have sought, and found; and doors I have knocked upon, and have been opened.

Some Updates

It's been awhile since I last posted about my Christian walk. I had been busy with the walk itself, I guess. These days I feel that I have matured a lot in my faith. I have spent some time attending Biblical Foundation sessions in CCF. I also have attended my baptism classes, and was baptized together with my wife more some years ago. My family has grown spiritually as well. I'm glad that I can honestly say that my wife and 2 kids are with me in the the strong belief that we will meet Jesus Christ in the clouds when He comes again.

When I was a young Christian, I would envy those who automatically think of the Lord when they are in a bind. I used to try to sort things out by my own power. And through the years I have realized that I actually did not have the power to sort things out in this world. It is only by the grace of God that we are able to go through the difficulties of everyday. I'm glad that today, I find myself talking to Him throughout the day, recognizing the grace He gives to me constantly that I do not even deserve.

Lately we had been trying to bring more people to the flock. We as a family had trying to find creative ways to get friends to jon us at the worship center. I hope they would wake up to the call of the Shepherd. I still struggle to be consistent with my intent to be a good example as a Christian in order to encourage others to come to the Lord. But I do try my best. I might not be the sterling example today, but I pray to the Big Boss everyday for Him to use me mightily in expanding His kingdom.

So mote it be.
